Working from home option - Calendar
It would be great to be able to show working from home in Calendar. However it needs to be also shown as 'free' so meetings can be booked normally. This will allow visibility to all persons who can see your calendar. They will know whether to book a Teams or face to face meeting for example

Fully integrate Microsoft Teams with Microsoft Outlook 2016
Now teams recordings are stored in cloud and that require to access web site separately to view the content. In addition to that, looking for a facility in outlook like, once teams recording content is ready in cloud receiving an email notification with required metadata information can ease users to search locally and just click away content available to users help ease the daily work like forwarding the content or sharing the recording content.

Option to Snooze email messages in Outlook for Windows
Please add the email SNOOZE option to Outlook for Windows--to match the SNOOZE feature that already exists in OWA/O365.
This is an incredibly handy feature that I use daily in Gmail when I need to follow-up later. Snooze is much easier than adding a follow-up reminder to the message.
Thank you

Bcc Functionality for ZOOM invitations
Outlook needs to have Bcc functionality for ZOOM invitations. if I want to send a mass invitation out without losing ZOOM's full functionality I cannot do so without sharing everyone's email addresses in a public way. It's 2020 and this application functions like its in Vista.

Please add a button "add to contacts" in an Email.
in other e-mail programms, it has a function where I can add the sender of an e-mail directly to my contact list.

Unify To-Do List items and Tasks
I think many of us business users get our work actions from e-mails, and it is quite easy and efficient to flag an e-mail for follow up.
However, flagging e-mails in this fashion doesn't actually turn them into Tasks, but merely a To-Do List item with limited functionality. For example, To-Do List items cannot be assigned to someone else, which is highly inconvenient if you want to pass on some work to a colleague. You also cannot keep track of work assigned to someone else, even if they have shared their Task list, because To-Do items don't appear there.

Automatically block of 15 minutes before and after each meeting
It is my manual task to always block some time before and after meetings, lot's of extra clicking in Outlook. I would love to see a feature or someone explain to me how I can tell Outlook, to by default make my meetings appear to start 15 minutes earlier and stop 15 minutes later, than they actually do, so no one can book back to back through my entire schedule.

Different Timing per Attendee within One Calendar Invite
IDEA: Be able in the "Scheduling assistant" option of Outlook calendar invites to adapt start and end time per attendee ==> Outlook invite will then be sent with the same content for all attendees but only block the exact hours in their calendar!
Background:
My outlook agenda can end up messy due to many corporate meetings where I only need to join part of the session. I end up with big invites in the calendar (multiple hours) and need to manually click the invites to see at what time I'm expected to join. Reminder of the meeting is sent for…220 votes -
End of occurrence reminder
When you reach the end of an occurrence series, it would be helpful to have a reminder/notification that this is the last event of this series so that you can add/extend additional dates in the series if needed.

Readd Folder Name after Search Box Location Changed
After the search update (when the search went to the line above the ribbon) the folder name for the folder / mailbox that is selected is gone. Please readd this option as now there is no way to quickly know in what folder/mailbox I'm at the moment... and when you're using multiple mailboxes this option is/was a life saver

Bulk-modify only future events of a recurring calendar event (i.e. "archive"/"freeze" past events).
It is helpful to have a record of past events/meeting as they happened.
Currently, modifying a recurring event (e.g. moving a team meeting from Tuesdays to Thursdays) will change all occurrences, past and future, which means the record of previous events is lost/not accurate.
When modifying a recurring event, users usually want to implement a change "from now on", so at the very least they should be given the option to modify (a) single event, (b) future occurrences, (c) all occurrences.
See Google calendar for implementation.436 votes -

Add Snooze in the desktop version of Outlook, not only in the Web/browser version
The ability of snoozing an email is available in Outlook for the web/browser version.
There are third parties that allow you to snooze emails in the desktop client but no native implementation.
Thanks

Enable an option to display declined meetings
Enable an option to display declined meetings in teh calendar (in settings). Often initially one is not available for a meeting, but then due to changes of schedule might be able to join, but since that meeting is not displayed in calendar, simply forgets about that. I found that option very helpful in Google mail that we used up to now in the company.
