  1. Blocked Senders

    It would be good, very good, that if I have several email accounts: Account 1, Account 2, Account 3, etc.

    If, for example, in Account 1, I add an email address to "Blocked Senders", Outlook also gives me the option of adding that email address to the "Blocked Senders" in the others accounts.

    The same for the "Safe Post."

  3. Feature suggestion. Enable removing an entry in the 'Recently Used Fonts' list.

    In Outlook, when composing a new message, in the Font selection box, I would like to be able to right-click a font in the 'Recently Used Fonts' list and select 'Remove from this list'. In trying out various fonts, the list becomes long and the fonts persist in the list. Having many fonts in the list defeats the purpose of having the one or two fonts that I do use often, be easily accessible.
    The same suggestion also applies to Word. To be clear, I’m not suggesting removing the font; I just want to shorten the list.

  4. Rethink the direction Outlook is going

    The look and feel of Outlook as well as most of the other office applications is continuing to look worse and worse. It's becoming much more childish looking and less professional looking. Many of the sections take up way too much space on the screen. The most recent change to the top of a new message looks totally ridiculous. Why either boxes around To, CC and BCC and not around Subject for example?

    Users should also be able to adjust the space between items in the Folder Pane, there is way too much whitespace between items and you have to…

  6. Add quarterly option to recurring calendar. You only have weekly, monthly or yearly now.

    The recurring calendar options are weekly, monthly or yearly. I do several things quarterly and would like that option.

  8. Alerts for upcoming meetings automatically dismiss once you join

    I love being alerted 15 minutes before a meeting begins and being able to snooze until 5 minutes before it starts.
    However, the reminder window stays open even after I join the meeting I was reminded about, and it's a little annoying. If the window could be aware that I've joined the meeting it's reminding me of and close automatically, that would be very helpful.

  10. Scheduling Assistant - Time Zones

    When scheduling meetings with folks from different time zones than us, can we see the time in their local area also? For example, I am scheduling a meeting with a team in India while I am in the US Pacific time zone. When I am trying to schedule the meeting with India Team, I don't see what the time is for them when I select 7PM pacific.

  12. Show all meeting participants in Outlook Calendar when hovering over the meeting

    Show all meeting participants in Outlook Calendar when hovering over the meeting. When you are the person inviting others to a meeting and you have a bunch of the same meetings, you don't know who you are meeting with at a given time slot unless you click on more buttons. This information should be available when hovering over the meeting rather than clicking all over the place to remember who you are meeting with. Please consider this improvement.   15. Allow "contact" viewing pane to be switched between right or bottom

    For users with a portrait monitor (or frame) when the first contact automatically displays after a moment, the navigation panel gets crowded out to the point where only the rightmost characters of the panel text are visible. The only workaround I have found is to change the browser zoom level. Interestingly, if you reset the zoom level back to default zoom, the panels (including the navigation panel) all fit nicely in the monitor/frame.

  16. Minimize outlook to tray

    Possibility to minimize outlook(show hidden icons) or to have a setting enabling this like you can with Skype or Onedrive.
    Nice feature for Outlook users at home not to be bothered with open windows if you don't need them but getting the notifications when an email is received

  17. Allow accepting partial time frames of a meeting

    Users should be able to accept only partial time frames of a meeting. If a user has a 30min meeting they have to be at and someone sends an invite for a 1hr meeting at the same time they should be able to accept the 30min they can make. This would let the organizer know they can only attend part and structure the meeting agenda accordingly.

  18. Common actions from email notification toats - Windows, Office 365

    Hi All,

    While getting an email, notification toast popup and we can close/ignore it (by clicking on -->) or to open the email (by clicking on the toast).

    I suggest to add the ability to define a set of "common actions" that can be controlled from the toast.
    In my suggestions I want to have the ability to Delete the mail (move to trash), but you can take it farther – e.g. Replay, Replay All, Forward, Mark as High importance, etc.

  20. Ability to see list of Teams meeting attendees while presenting a doc

    Currently you can not pull up a list of meeting attendees while you are presenting a document. This can make it difficult to verify who is on the call, especially if attendees arrive late.
