  1. add a rule for where my name is not in the to or cc box

Please add a rule for "where my name is not in the to or cc box. There is already a rule for "is in the cc box" and one for "is in the to or cc box" and one for "is not in the to box". The new request of a rule for "where my name is not in the to or cc box" will identify the bcc (blind cc) emails, I don't think anybody wants to get an email that is not specifically addressed to them.

  2. count the number of items processed by each rule and then auto run a weekly or daily task to list each rule and the count for it

It would be a great feature to have the ability to know the count of items processed by a rule on a regular basis such as daily or weekly. The list of rules and count of each could be emailed to the account via a system email. This would let you know when you have rules that are working and let you know if a rule set to perm delete emails that the perm delete did indeed occur.

  3. Add the possibility to export a single rule

Currently, you can only export all your rules. I would need the possibility to export a single rule. So that I can send it to collegue who would the import it. right now, if they want a rule similar to mine, they must recreate it. I could then build a Library of usefull rules from which other could pick and choose

  4. Ability to add custom icons based on headers

It would be good to be able to add custom Icons to both the list view and also to the right (where the SMIME signature Icon is shown) when specific headers are present and have a specified value according to a regexp.

And then it could be a bunch of built-in Icons and also ability to select a Icon from harddrive.

So I could for example say, that if the mail has a header with "Received-SPF" that has a value of "^pass.*domain=$fromdomain\s" it should show a green checkmark, if it has a value of "^(soft)?fail" it should show a red…

  6. enable Contact groups to be used in server rules

enable Contact groups to be used in server- and private rules. E.g. move a mail to a folder if the sender is in a certain email Group.
