Copy the color category from calendar to To-Do Bar for All Day Events and assign a color category to meetings, tasks & events

Option to assign a color category to calendar appointments, tasks and emails for specific projects including emails to yourself in Microsoft Outlook 2016 for efficient email management and handling.
Also, copy the color category from calendar to To-Do Bar for All Day Events
