  1. Warning Before Replying All to Many

Many folks reply all to a mass email, providing feedback like "Great Job" or "Look forward to this" to hundreds of employees instead of the responsible party. There should be a warning that asks you if you are sure to send this email to 13,000 people at once? This would be a fail safe for when people hit reply all instead of reply.

We are declining this feature request because there is existing functionality in Outlook for Windows to help users know they are replying to a lot of recipients via MailTips, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/outlook-mailtips-options-7839a4ac-e45f-4289-a127-4ce702bedcc2?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us.

In addition, The Exchange Team is rolling out Reply All Storm Protection to help block subsequent replies to a thread that’s generating a reply all storm, https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/exchange-team-blog/reply-all-storm-protection-in-exchange-online/ba-p/1369811.

Thank you for your feedback. Office has hundreds of millions of people who rely on it every day to do their best work. Customers have a wide range of hardware, including displays that can’t faithfully reproduce all colors or provide good contrast so what may be clear in one device can be hard to see in another, or even the same device in a room with different lighting conditions.

The last major update to the Office icons was in 2013, and since we’ve heard a lot from customer feedback as well as participated in emerging industry best practices for how to improve the accessibility of iconography. The new icons you see on Office 365 reflect these learnings – our intent is to balance all these diverse visual and hardware needs to provide the best experience to as many customers as possible.

We know big visual changes can be disruptive, and…

  3. Stop prioritizing O365 for Autodiscover

After the release of 16.0.6741.2017, the Click 2 Run (C2R) version of the Outlook client for the PC is prioritising O365 for Autodiscover queries above all other Autodiscover methods (SCP, HTTPS root domain etc).

This causes problems for customers who aren't using O365 for mail service, especially if either of these conditions are true:

    1. The user has a mailbox in the O365 service which is not being used. This can occur if the user has inadvertently had an Exchange license assigned.

    2. The user has a personal Office subscription but has used their business email address to configure it.

    Outlook prompts…

We cannot fulfil this request as we will continue to optimize for the Office 365 experience. The supported implementation of Autodiscover is documented here, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3211279. Any ongoing changes and improvements will be documented in the article. We appreciate your feedback and take every request with consideration, whether we can move forward with it or not.
