Attachments received from an outside org., when saved as files, should be flagged as "downloaded from the Internet", as they would be actually downloaded from a browser. That would allow to block Excel macros file coming from an unknown source via email.

Currently attachments received by email are not flagged in any way, regardless of the source.

When clicking "Browse this PC" when attaching a file, it defaults to either the last folder you browsed or to the program files folder (ex: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16). Defaulting to the program files folder makes no sense. If it doesn't default to the previous folder it should at least default to the library folders.

have to post this problem this way as the frowney face icon doesn't work. I am on home/business 2016 Version 1711 build 8730.2165. suddenly the keyboard delete key has been set up to delete conversations.

I do not and will not ever use the delete conversations capability.

I can still delete individual emails using the mouse, but it is unacceptable that the delete key will delete conversations. Please fix this ASAP.

It would be helpful to have instructions for "out of office", assuming the feature is available in Outlook.

I did try help but the help suggestions don't apply to Outlook, at least my version.

when you get a lot of emails every day it is very helpfull to be able to sort them quickly by looking at the name of the sender. It is not helpfull to only see the date and hour for recieving the email as you do with outlook 16 then you have to open every single email before deleting it

If I switch to look for some related info I lose the draft, and have to do a search of all mailboxes to find it - and it's still unclear as to where it's been stored.

In Outlook with Office 365, there are options to share links to files saved in OneDrive or SharePoint. However, if someone has shared a file with you from their own OneDrive, there is no option to send the link back to them even if you have permission to the file. By adding "Shared with Me" as a location to search, we would have the ability to share OneDrive file links directly through Outlook for interoffice collaboration.

Outlook freezes when you have more than one profile active on your computer and a second user opens outlook, the client freezes when you switch back to the first profile.

This bug has been active for over a year. A common scenario with multiple users using the same computer, and a shame that a great program like outlook is broken like this.

In conversational mode, you can quickly reply to others in a mail thread. From within this mode you cannot update the addressees of the reply. Sometimes you want to add or remove an addressee. At this moment that means you have to pop-out the message to a new window to be able to do that.
Pleas add an option to do this from within conversational mode.
