Displaying your latest reply when you click on a recent inbox message
It would be nice if your latest reply was shown automatically in the conversation strand. Or even if there was just an option to show it or not in the settings.

Remove the title (Mr./Mrs.) from the Auto Fill in the To:/CC:/BCC: cells when typing a person's name.
When I add an email address to the To:/CC:/BCC: cells using the address book it lists a name and address as follows:
Joe Smith <Joe@Smith.com>
When I type the name using the Auto-Fill option in To:/CC:/BCC: cells it adds the title to the name:
Mr. Joe Smith <Joe@Smith.com>
It never added the title in Outlook 2010.
Please remove the title from the Auto-Fill option.

Fix the "Who is" behavior
When you right-click a hyperlinked email address in the body of a message and choose "Who Is", the lookup does not function as expected. For instance if you are hovering over the domain portion of the message, the lookup will look for addresses in the organization with a string matching to the LEFT of the @ symbol.
Here is a Spiceworks thread where I detailed it a bit more: https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/2130358-outlook-who-is-lookup?page=1#entry-7695165

Double grouping
Hi there,
In search folders -> Categorized Mail The grouping by Category works just fine. Example if i have 3 categories in use: "High Priority", "Low Priority", and "Pending Replies".
However, messages that were once grouped onto a single line via the conversation function now take up a whole new line and waste valuable work space & time searching between individual messages. I've called out such instances within the black boxes on the image.
It's clutter. It's inefficient. It's 2018... Please fix this or tell me how to configure it.

Align Outlook 2016 message popup windows with mouse behaviour
If you have set the option " Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse" (in Windows Ease of Access Center), then when opening a mail in a non-maximized window, the window is set to background immediately. This is not desired. Mail window should remain in foreground.

Recent People list is a bit too inclusive
The Recent People list is a bit too inclusive. My scenario: I work with A and B. They both have internal email addresses. However, A knows B's personal email address - I don't. A sent an email to me and B's personal address. Now I go to compose a brand new email to B and pick his name from recent people. This email went to B's personal address. This is unexpected behavior and very dangerous for those of us who work with PHI.

Block email from info@suddenlink.net
Unwanted mail from the same domain as my email address will probably block all of my email. I have not received this until just recently. Is this an Outlook problem or a Suddenlink problem?

Bug: Who Is --> Actions (Emailing someone mentioned in an email by name)
After highlighting a person's name and selecting "Who Is" on the right click menu, you are presented with the person's contact information in a dialog box. Clicking actions (on the 'General' tab) brings up their contact card. This gives you the option to send an email... which brings up another dialog box telling you a dialog box is open, so it can't send an email to this person. This seems like an issue that could be fixed with a little changing of the VBA.
