  1. On the calendar, in the Daily View, Work Week View, and Week View there is a blue horizontal line to indicate the current time. I'd like to

    On the calendar, in the Daily View, Work Week View, and Week View there is a blue horizontal line to indicate the current time. In the two weekly views, I'd like to suggest that the line be darker in the middle when the line crosses the current day of the week. This would help emphasize the current day of the week and make finding 'now' much easier.

  2. Bring back abilty to edit One Event in a Series to attend via Teams vs. the full series

    A Series calendar invite has been setup to join in a specific conference room. In the past few months, our meetings have become virtual. Previously, we could edit just the one specific event to join via Teams without impacting the full series. Now, the full client version no longer allows you to edit one event. Instead, the full series has to be changed.

  3. Ability to set calendar invite for working day

    It would be good if it was possible to create a recurring calendar invite and set the recurrence to say the first working day of the month, or so many working days into the month. Useful for when you get to the end of the month and have to generate reports etc for the month gone.

  5. Ability to insert contact detail automatically in New Meeting requests

    I understand that we can insert my contact details in manually each time I create a new meeting request however it would be less time consuming if this was an automatic option, the same as when creating a mail (the contact details are on the page already)

  6. Recurring Calendar meeting changes should not change meetings that have already taken place

    Do not change the history of meetings that have already occurred when make changes to a recurring meeting for future dates.

  9. Show all meeting participants in Outlook Calendar when hovering over the meeting

    Show all meeting participants in Outlook Calendar when hovering over the meeting. When you are the person inviting others to a meeting and you have a bunch of the same meetings, you don't know who you are meeting with at a given time slot unless you click on more buttons. This information should be available when hovering over the meeting rather than clicking all over the place to remember who you are meeting with. Please consider this improvement. It would make life so much easier. If it can show whether the participants have accepted or not, that would also be…

  10. maximum number of acceptable participants for meetings

    Meetings for coleagues vis department distribution lists may end up at 50 people, but only the first 10 may be allowed to come (e.g. frequent trainings).

    It would be good to have this organized within the calender management and for everyone visible. Solutions outside are always double work.

  12. Create a custom 45 min meeting Calendar template

    I would like to be able to create a calendar entry for a 45 min that starts at 5 mins past the hour. This will allow participants in meetings that run long to have a few minutes before the next meeting.

  13. meeting timer

    It would be great for meeting attendees to view a countdown timer in both Outlook meeting invites regardless of whether or not the meetings are in Teams. Time is extremley precious these days. As well as At some point people are going to be back in conf. room meetings while some people are meeting from home.

  14. Show attendees in event details in calender overview

    When hovering over a calender event in the calender overview, event details such as start, end and location are displayed. It would be useful if the attendees were also displayed, if there are no more than 10 to 15 people.

  15. Accepting a meeting invitation with only one click

    When I receive a meeting invitation I’d like to accept this with just one click.
    At the moment I can click on accept – but then I have to choose further between 3 options how I want to send the answer for the acceptance
    (in German:
    - Antwort vor dem Senden bearbeiten
    - Antwort jetzt senden
    - Keine Antwort senden

    So this means 2 clicks.
    would be nice if a default answer type in the Option could be set.

  16. Expected Outcome

    When scheduling a meeting, it would be nice to include Expected Outcome so user can enter this information. For example, currently, User can enter Title, Required and Optional attendees, start and end time, and Location. Please add option for "Expected Outcome" so it will always be clear the intention of the meeting.

  17. Edit a calendar invite that someone sent to you

    Edit the agenda, attach files in the calendar invite that has been sent to you, so everyone can see the changes and added files.

  18. Meeting Overview - Accepted / Decline / No response

    At email tab, we can add calendar bar where it shows our event on the day.
    My suggestion:
    1) When we right click on the event -> We can see whether we accept/decline/no response to the meeting.
    2) To provide date beside the wording Today, Tomorrow, Saturday ....

  19. Update Tracking Tab to Show Accept/Decline Response

    When someone clicks the option of "Accept - Do Not Send a Response," the Tracking tab of the organizer's invite should update to show that the attendee has Accepted the meeting. The Tracking tab should only show "None" (aka no response) if the attendee has not clicked any version of Accept/Tentative/Decline. Please change the Tracking feature to represent the attendee's correct response.

  20. Colour calendar

    To optimise my calendar, I'd like to set the colour of the background by time slot (same background every week of the year) to help my collegues/assistant know how/when to set meetings.
    eg :
    9-10 am -> green zone, free for internal meetings ;
    10-12 am -> red zone, no meeting possible ;
    2-4 pm -> organge zone, free for client meetings ;
    4-6 pm -> green zone, free for internal meetings.
