Option to leave a reoccurring meeting, without deleting the meeting from my calendar.
The option to leave a reoccurring meeting, without deleting the meeting from my calendar is one I would find very beneficial. I have found many times, that I'm take part in a reoccurring meeting for a period of time, then leave before the main team is done with that reoccurring meeting, which continues on. The only way I've found to clear my future calendar is to decline the meeting, which deletes ALL occurrence of the meeting, not just future meeting dates. I'd like the ability to leave a meeting, and have all the past meetings remain on my calendar for history sake, and the notes and agendas that are often tied to those meetings. As soon as I decline, that history is gone for me.
Any way to keep that past history, but clear my future schedule would be greatly appreciated.
Similarly, the same argument could be made for joining a meeting after the reoccurring meeting has started. I only need to see the meeting on my calendar after the point where I have accepted the meeting. Admittedly, I haven't run into any major problems with this situation as I have for the situation above on declining an attended reoccurring meeting.
Yes! And let me as the organized, cancel any FUTURE meetings if a project ends early, but keep the past on the calendar.

For me this is a compliance problem as without a lot of manual effort you can't keep records of meeting that you were due to attend.
