Ability to enter TimeZone when creating appointments
Since we're working remotely with others across the states and across the world, it would be very helpful if, when we are creating an appointment and we enter the time, we could either enter the timezone (such as Eastern) or at least the geographical location (the time would be wherever they are such as Bangalore). This way when we want to create an appointment for someone in Australia, we can select a time for our attendee that would be appropriate (such as 9AM).
Note, that you would also have to add a dialog that, if the user is is not in the same timezone, the dialog would show the user when the appointment appears in his/her calendar.
