Buttons to Increase and decrease fonts

Fonts sizes of the buttons to increase and decrease font size (A^) don't compliment with each other

Ideally the font size of the button to increase the font should be bigger than the font size to decrease the font

but it is opposite right now

    right now I hate this new computer, I can't figure out how to get the ribbon to respond to my requests.
    I just want to send an e-mail with a larger font size so I can READ it without a magnifying glass. !!!!!~!!!!!! Grrrrr
