Search everywhere - folder lists, rules lists, settings, etc.
Please add focused search/qick find UI (narrow to substring typed, like in Visual Studio Code) to:
Folder List
Rules list
Rules - run now list
Field chooser
Settings
Ribbon editor - action list
etc.
(DO NOT add this to the search in the title bar !!)
