Vertical scroll bar for Favorites
Add a vertical scroll bar to the Favorites list, and make the divider between Favorites and other folders movable, so that we can give or or less room to Favorites.

AGREE! MOST important: make the divider movable (up & down) so that we can give more room to the section below Favorites as needed.
