Bcc Functionality for ZOOM invitations
Outlook needs to have Bcc functionality for ZOOM invitations. if I want to send a mass invitation out without losing ZOOM's full functionality I cannot do so without sharing everyone's email addresses in a public way. It's 2020 and this application functions like its in Vista.
Completely agree. This option is necessary for data protection purposes Mass invitation emails does not need to be shared with all invitees.
Completely agree with the desire for a bcc field in meeting invites (without having to class attendees as 'resources') for all meetings, regardless of in person, call, zoom, micosoft teams, skype, etc.) - For GDPR reasons it is an essential feature - please add it soon!

Ok. So specifically associating it with Zoom was unnecessary. This should be an option for meeting invitations in general (including Zoom but not limited to Zoom). When sending invites to both personal and staff email accounts, it would be helpful to have this BCC field to keep the personal accounts private.
Outlook needs Bcc for ZOOM invitations. I want to send a mass invitation without losing ZOOM's full functionality. I cannot do so without sharing everyone's email addresses, leaving myself open to prosecution by breaking GDPR.
Don't you think this is a Zoom product feature?
Surely this is a feature of which you should be asking the Zoom development team to contribute? I don't think the Zoom add-in is anything to do with Microsoft...

Absolutely agree, this should be an option for the Outlook desktop app too!
So that it is helpful for others who may be seeking a possible solution at the moment:
Option 1: via the Outlook desktop app if the Organizer is using the Zoom desktop app
> When scheduling a Zoom Meeting and sending out the invitation via Outlook, those attendees who need to be BCC'd (hidden from the attendee list) can be added as a resource as noted in the following Microsoft Support post: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-bcc-recipients-to-a-meeting-request-fcaff39e-7fcd-4a77-81e9-b609c57dadb1?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us
Option 2: via the OWA (Outlook Web App) if the Organizer has the Zoom for Outlook Add-In from Microsoft AppSource (https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA104381712?src=office&tab=Overview)
When scheduling a Zoom Meeting via the OWA Calendar, select the 'Response options' dropdown > Hide attendee list

Zoom is competition to Teams so I don't expect this to happen.
