Different Timing per Attendee within One Calendar Invite
IDEA: Be able in the "Scheduling assistant" option of Outlook calendar invites to adapt start and end time per attendee ==> Outlook invite will then be sent with the same content for all attendees but only block the exact hours in their calendar!
My outlook agenda can end up messy due to many corporate meetings where I only need to join part of the session. I end up with big invites in the calendar (multiple hours) and need to manually click the invites to see at what time I'm expected to join. Reminder of the meeting is sent for the whole meeting, hence not when I need to join. Furthermore, my agenda appears blocked for other people in the "schedule assistant"...
My work around is that I create a small invite with myself at the correct time and set the whole invite on "appear as free". But this is all manual work...
Reason for this is very simple: meeting organizer want to have only one Webex and book rooms in one go, which I understand, Furthermore, sending multiple invites or below technique, is very time consuming.
it should also be a tool for the organizer of the meeting that wishes to control the participation of certain invitees in a very restricted time (through teams).
That would be a very useful functionality!

when this is implemented I think it would also be smart if each attendee could adapt (or propose to adapt) their own start and end time as part of the accept (or propose new time) response.
Agreed - I also had the same issue recently where I needed to invite our CEO to just 30 minutes of a 3 hour meeting. Right now I've just sent him the main invite and he'll log on at his pre-agreed time. He's fine with this but his calendar is messy.

Yes! I love this! I have the same problem! As an admin this would be great. Right now when a support has a conflicting meeting I have to email the organizer to let them know that an executive can only attend the first 30 minutes and then go to another meeting, only to have to get off in the middle for another priority meeting to cover an agenda item, then come back on -- and on the real crazy days leave that meeting still 30 minutes early to join another. We need this!
I came to offer this same idea...happy I scrolled before I shared...i definitely voted for this idea!

There is another request for blocked time before/after meetings and buffers for travel or room setup. This feature could be extended to go into the meeting time as a personal level and kill to "idea" birds with one stone....
Good idea ! I works in a big company and this option would be appreciated.
