Out of Office
The option for Out of Office for multiple dates should be available/ to set up an automatic Out of Office message if calendar dates are booked as Holiday. Most people have to book holiday early in the year and therefore already know their holiday dates. They do not, however, always remember to set Out of Office before they go.
Add a Holiday/Vacation drop down - not just Out of Office. For these selections, invoke an auto reply that is customizable so it is different than the normal out of office message. This helps those who travel a lot and leave their contact details when traveling on business in their OOO message. This feature is a no-brainer and surprised in 2020 that we still don't have it.
I also agree to this Suggestion.
Further, it's better if the Out-of-Office replies / Automatic reply that will only be activated /start after office hours or during weekends. Let's say, I'm working from 9am - 6pm Mon-Fri. Outside those hours and days, there's an auto reply that can be set.

Basically I would like to be able to select 'sending a OutOfOffice' reply while making an appointment, and escpecially on recurrent appointments.
I do not work on mondays. I have a recurring appointment to indicate I'm off, but enabling OutOfOffice is a manual operation (I often forget). Would really be nice to hook the out of office on the recurrent appointment.
This is a good idea. Also people have recurring events in their calendars on a weekly basis (parental leave etc). It would be great to have a way to tag a calendar event so that OOF are sent during that period.
