Fully integrate Microsoft Teams with Microsoft Outlook 2016
Now teams recordings are stored in cloud and that require to access web site separately to view the content. In addition to that, looking for a facility in outlook like, once teams recording content is ready in cloud receiving an email notification with required metadata information can ease users to search locally and just click away content available to users help ease the daily work like forwarding the content or sharing the recording content.

it will be better to link on outlook straigth forward rather pull from cloud
Eliminate duplication of work-
If the meeting invite is created through Outlook, using the "New Teams Meeting" add-in, attachments to the invite should appear in the "Files" tab of the Teams meeting rather than requiring the user to save it to the 'Files' tab in Teams separately.

We have three applications and all are used for similar purposes. We have outlook, Skype and Teams, all are used for either verbal or non verbal communications. Can we merge all this three apps and built one so that user will not have to move from one application to another frequently.
For Ex. Whatsapp or facebook - We can text, call and do video call in just one application.
It will be more easy and convenient for corporate users.

As you move away from supporting Skype for Business, it would be great to have Outlook pull status (Away, Available, Busy) from Teams instead of Skype.
Integrate Outlook calendar with Teams so it helps people who are a part of a Distribution list to send out Teams meeting invite from the DL. Currently, there is no option to send out a Teams Calendar invite from a Distribution List.

I have call the sender option on outlook, This feature should enable the user to place a call through Microsoft Teams.
Currently the feature allows calls on PSTN only.
Can we please get a feature where in we can add folders to groups where in we get voicemails from auto attendant so its easy to assign voicemails to relevant work folders/users to follow up. Other handy option would be to forward voicemails r emails to a DL or sharedmailbox to achieve the above.

When I am already in the Teams Conference, please don't have Outlook remind me of that Conference any more.
How SKype can be connected to others mail id
Allow for designating a scheduled Teams meeting as "Open" so that non-federated joiners do not require someone to admit them. This setting could be checked both during the meeting and, ideally, able to be set during the invite creation process.
Please make it so that if you view the contact card of someone using outlook (through the contacts page, from an email recipient etc) that the call option will go through to their Teams if it is enabled.
can you please provide the option to have all the meetings in outlook calendar to show in MS teams calendar tap. Now, we can only add the calendar to an existing teams or a MS teams group. this is not nice, nobody want to share calendar with a group of people or create a team just to link the calendar.

I would like to be able to have a response poll feature to determine who will attend a meeting virtually vs. in person
Instead of having two applications opened, why can't we have one client that does Mail and Chat with the best of both worlds ?
When trying to send a Teams file that's been open for a while (ie not in my 'recents'), i have no options to send someone a physical copy. Should have the ability to enter a link, or to actually browse teams (and not just limited to recents).
when setting up invites in calendar / outllook with TEAMS the option to invite recipients as BCC - for external multiple clients in order to protect their privacy - would be of real help (webex had this option)
