End meetings early works well, can I also do it starting late?
Add an option to start meetings late similar to how you are ending the meeting early. Under an hour, start x minutes late and over an hour start y minutes late. Still end on time.
This is a functionality on the web version, but not on desktop--and the settings don't carry over if you set your web Outlook to start 5 minutes late. Please update!

We start all meetings 5 mins late on my team (and soon to be org) as it gives time for people to take a break and/or have meetings run over.

This is the same as another suggestion: https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/322590-outlook-for-windows-desktop-application/suggestions/37286299-start-appointments-and-meetings-delayed

Starting meetings late often works better than ending them early, as meetings that end early tend to overrun. Starting the meetings late avoids this problem, so it would be great to see this functionality in Outlook.
Would like a combination of both start meetings late and End meetings early, This would enable easily scheduling a meeting that begin e.g. five minuntes past the hour and ends 5 min before the next hour (50 min) giiving 10 min between back to back meetings
