Add a "Thank You" and "You're Welcome" buttons to emails - reduces email clutter
Add "Thank You" and "You're Welcome" buttons in an email, so that when a recipient clicks on the buttons, the original sender gets a brief pop-up text message saying "Thank You", rather than getting yet another email in the inbox that just says "Thank You". And if the email has multiple recipients, then the "Thank You" pop-up text is only sent back to the original sender. This will reduce the volume of useless "Thank You" emails that end up cluttering our inboxes.
I've long thought this'd be a great feature (the "Thank you!" button/badge/icon that appears on an email). I also think it'd help to have a "Got it--Thank You!" or "Received it--Thank you!" or "Received it--everything looks good." button, as I often need to send/receive signed documents. It'd be so nice to press a button to let the sender know I received his/her signed document. On important documents, folks want to know it came through correctly, but an email saying only "got it!" feels like it probably comes across as annoying.
Agreed. The "thanks" could be a badge that appears in the email from the original sender.
Hi, this might help :). you can set "Thank you" and "You are welcome" as a quick step. If also you tick the box "Automatically send after 1 minute delay" the message will be automatically sent without having a popup.
