Publish email thread to a git wiki
As part of the innerSource spirit, new hireswould benefit from seeing examples of debuggings of the system they are working on. But no one writes such documentations. And these debuggings most times take place over email (with questions and answers and screenshots and all that build up until the aha moment). And there should be a button in Outlook which says publish this email thread (where the debugging has taken place) to a wiki (we use aka.ms/idwiki which is github based). This is making it easier for people to record the relevant documentation. And it's not just debugging, it could be announcements from Leadership or monthly events etc all gathered on the wiki in a sort of NEO at the org level. Because a new hire will not see the emails from before they joined and they will miss out on a lot and that's hurting both them and the org.
Thank you,
