Auto update of existing meetings through Distribution Lists
be able to invite internal distribution lists to recurring meetings where the distribution list stayed as the invitee, not expanding the members of the list at that point in time but still able to send to the existing list. As
a result, when the distribution list membership was updated
new members receive the meeting invite and if a member is removed from the list they would be removed from the meeting.
I agree, This will make things so much easier

This would help our lives expediently especially considering our ever changing organizations and the constant flux of folks being added to and deleted from teams/committees

I would LOVE to see this become reality! I thought a year ago these were automatic updates and discovered quickly they were not. I never forgot that one again because certain people did not get invited although their names were there on the link.

Please, this would make life much easier. We have a monthly meeting with the field and for the new field leaders to get the invitation without a forward or re sending to the entire group would be amazing!

I agree with everyone. Thanks for considering.
This will make our jobs A LOT easier and efficient!
That would be great!!
Similar Situation: Created a weekly recurring company-wide Skype for Business meeting that is scheduled for the next six (6) months. Invite is sent TO: Global (an Outlook distribution group for all company employees). The invite is sent today, to everyone currently in the Global distribution group. Tomorrow, we have 3 new hires that get added to "Global." A week from today, 2 more new hires get added to "Global."
What is the best way to make sure that all these new hires get the Skype for Business recurring meeting invite - to ensure that no one is missed from the six months of invites.
We do not want to cancel the meeting each week and resend TO: Global, to pick up all recent additions to the Global group.
