Replace "Reply, Reply All, Forward" or the "Discard, Pop out" buttons back to to left.
They are now on the upper right hand corner, whereas before they were on the left.
On large, widescreen monitors, these are never in your direct line of sight and are "hidden" out of sight in the upper right hand corner.

Please put the reply/forward buttons back on the left. Please move the date and time of the email back to the left or at least give us a chance to move it back ourselves.

This is the most idiotic and wasteful change you've made so far.
It wastes time. It is INEFFICIENT.Everything should remain on the right, where it previously was, as 99% of us use it that way. Who in their CORRECT mind would even think this is acceptable?

I spend most of my time on the left, in folders, file, home, view, new mail button etc.
I read from left to right - like most of the world
I type from left to right - like most of the world.Now that the frequently used reply, reply all, deiscard, popout are on the right, I go back and fourth from left to right, wastefully mimicking windshield wipers as I spend most of my day going from left to right
what a waste. what a useless change for the sake of changing something just to be different.

Unlock the action buttons from the right side of the screen (Delete, Reply, New Mail, Move, Back, Next) so that they can be snapped into place in a more useful location between the Mail Preview and the Viewing area. In the current location, you have to mouse back and forth across the screen in order to use the action buttons.

As others have mentioned, this put the "Pop Out" too far away. This button is really important when using formatting in emails, e.g. adding inline responses in another color.
The reply/reply all/ and forward buttons are easy keyboard shortcuts, so it's not as though the mouse will be on the right side.
The workflow makes much more sense from selecting an email on the left side panel, acting on any attachments etc on the left side of the preview. When replying/forwarding, you can then immediately move over to edit the To and CC lines, and pop out if needed.
Discard could still be left on the right side, so it takes a more conscious effort to delete the draft.

Move Respond buttons back to the left side of the Reading Pane.
The buttons have been moved to the right side of the Reading Pane in the latest update. This introduces a lot of additional mouse navigation as most other actions are concentrated on the other side of the screen, especially for meeting requests which do not have an alternative response button in the tool bar.
