In the Scheduling Assistant in Outlook I want the possibility to make attendees not to affect the "availability bar" for "All Attendees"
At the top of the scheduling assistant there is an "availability bar" showing the aggregated availability for all the attendees in the list at the left side of the view.
I would like to have the possibility to exclude some of the listed attendees from being taken into account in this aggregated "availability bar".
Either by excluding those being set to optional or alternatively those that are not ticked at the far left.
Yet another alternative could be to add another option called "possible" (or something like that) in addition to optional and required that makes them not counting at the top availability bar.
