Provide a feature or option to create a meeting or appointment without sending an email in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Why can you not click on create a meeting or appointment with a contact without sending it as an email. I just want to create a calendar item on my PC for a meeting, appointment or work with out sending an email to them.
Much like showing the appointment at a specific location, I would like to show the appointment with certain people WITHOUT having to send them an email of confirmation.
Would also allow me to look back on individual contact management to see when the last time I met with them. And possibly a place for notes so I know what happened.
Try if Save instead of Send serves your purpose. I use this sometimes if I want to create a meeting and then send the invitation later.
