Add voting buttons in meeting request in Outlook 2016.
Add voting buttons in meeting request in Outlook 2016. It is very handy to have a voting button so the meeting organizer can receive responses for the votes along with accept/decline!

The work around for this feature is rather cumbersome and difficult for the basic users. The voting button within a Meeting Invite was helpful and quite easy to do in previous versions.

Could really use this one! With coronavirus we have people working at the office and at home, so when you plan a physical meeting with limited space, it would be nice to at least ask the invitees if they will come in person or remote.
Same request: https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/322590-outlook-for-windows-desktop-application/suggestions/35509253-add-voting-buttons-in-meeting-request-in-outlook-2 so please vote there as well!

Team,
Voting Buttons are not showing on Office365 accounts on Outlook2016 client.
Can we add this feature?
Thanks,

Would be good for RSVP quantities: how many people will you bring, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.

This is an absolute must for every meeting organizer! It's essential to know if people will be joining in person or via skype

Please add voting functionality for calendar invites. A lot of times, I need to know who will be attending in person, and who will join by web conference.

When sending an email with Voting options, there should be a section in the top banner of Outlook, that says 'Active polls'. When a vote gets created, it will also create a poll in this location. When replies to the poll get tallied, they will update a Poll in this location and at a quick glance, you can click your active polls within this location and see how many people have responded to which polls/options. You could also place a time limit on the polls so that people don't continue to vote afterwards. I would also delineate whether you are looking at a poll you created, or viewing someone else's poll that they have allowed you to view. This way you can see how your vote landed, and which result will take place.
