I exported mine by logging into the iCloud website, viewing my contacts there, then using the export V-Card feature in setting. I had 2 contacts that had some kind of gltich in iCloud that were causing errors, so I went through each letter at a time. When it gave an error message I went through them in smaller groups until I found the faulty contact and deleted and re-entered them. Took a little longer, but it did work. Then I used Outlooks Import/Export feature with "Import a V-Card file" and it worked like a charm.

Please add feature to bulk Import VCT file from iCloud contacts. Very cumbersome

2019. It seems like this problem has been known for a long time, that is how to import all contacts from an iPhone vcf file into Outlook contacts. I have over 1000 and can't do them one at a time. Any suggestions?
