MS is degrading its own brand & products by forcing users to accept increasingly lousy software.......i hope a rival product over take MS soon. Such simple basic feature catering to users' need cannot be done by a huge corporate!? Cut the BS, pretty sure it can be done but MS's decision to not provide it, shows how MS is not having their users at heart, only $$$$$

Obvious is obvious is obvious. Without a single vote the importance and usefulness of this feature should already be obvious to any developer ...

Outlook is how old now, exactly, and we're STILL dealing with this ****?!

Agreed, this keeps biting me over and over. It's time consuming to have to go resize my 6 page email just so I can print it. Especially when some text is larger than others and I can't just resize all the text in one shot because it would make the document less readable.

I cannot believe that this option is not available in today's world. We absolutely NEED this. It's unbelievable to me that this cannot be done in Outlook 365!

This is a feature available in too many other programs to be missing from Outlook. Your product should not be this far behind the curve.
Workaround for everyone: Convert the email to a PDF before printing. It's an annoying extra step, but Adobe has scaling options.

Currently, images that are too large to fit on the page are not printed correctly at all. They should be scaled down to fit the page automatically so they are not lost when printing

Really annoying thing !!!
We daily need to printout MANY email-hardcopies for our technician's on the road ; emails with pictures inside them, as a manual, or offline guidance / aid / instructions. When our people need to do extra different handlings to printout emails, it is NOT really userfriendly, NOR productive.
Please solve this by printing "fit to paper", as on the screen it is shown "fit to screen".
Thank you, Reginald

The emails with pictures in content will not be printed well if picture scale is large. But Owa has function called shrink to fit to modify it to print. I hope we have this function in outlook as well.

Fancy printing page appears with no fancy options. Cant reduce size to fit to one page. Lots of emails have info at bottom of page without being able to reduce page size I have to print two or more sheets. Wasteful ink and paper since this kind of printer control comes up in all other apps.
