Add BCC, CC as well as FYI field to meeting requests in Outlook 2016 and enhance the functionality by including it in Teams Meeting.
I would like the option to send meetings requests with BCC, CC so all information about all invitees is not shared with everyone that is invited
Also, Outlook calendar entries need BCC, CC – without showing these and need to extend them to Skype as well as Microsoft Teams Meetings.

A FYI email bar, below the Bcc bar, would allow the receiver to store non-critical emails, that are sent as information only. the receiver could catch up on the FYI emails as time allows and not be bothered in their normal business email work.

BCC option in meeting request is a very valuable option when the host don't want meetings attenedee details to be visible to everyone

bcc should be automatic in Outlook as a to field. Why do I have to look up how to add it in the to: address field. Waste of my time

Yep - As per others, U.K. Local Government - Need to be able to send invites to multiple people outside our organisation but show all e-mail addresses to all (GDPR)

In order for us as an organisation to comply with GDPR, we need MS to develop the ability to Blind Copy meeting invite recipients. Please treat this as a priority development.

Please add BCC fields into meeting invites for Outlook and Teams Calendar and related apps. This will ensure compliance with GDPR when inviting multiple attendees from different organisations

I would like to request that under Optional in the New Team Meeting that a Bcc is created. As with emails this would enable us easily to blind copy in external invitees and ensure we abide by the data protection standards. There may be a way but at the moment this is not obvious, and putting in under Optional would make it simple.

Outlook should allow users to enter contacts in the "bbc" field for setting up a meeting via outlook! This option is more than necessary in today's internet-based business world and important for enabling data protection at e-events with various clients.

This is interesting when you arrange a conference call or a web-meeting and you want to avoid people replying to all or getting e-mail addresses.

we are a very large non profit with 30,000+ volunteers. Our privacy policy does not allow us to share personal contact information but if we want to send meeting request to a group distribution list, all their emails become public. If we can send blind email which allows us to protect their information, why can't we do the same with a meeting request?

Please add option to calendar invites to FYI people, so they can see the meeting is taking place, but can’t attend. Then add option to request attendance. Or make cc invites clear that they don’t need to attend.

Add BCC to Appointments (for large B2B groups eg public events where people don't know each other)

It drives me crazy that for confidentiality and privacy reasons you cannot hide email addresses on a meeting invitation. It nullifies the trying to keep everyone's email addresses private by BCCing them in an email if I have to schedule a meeting with the same group and they can see everyone who's been invited along with their email address in their calendar invitation. Please add this as a feature!

In sending out mass calendar invites to stakeholders list it is needed to be able to hide the guest list form all attendees. Please bring back the ability to BCC in a calendar invite as well as when forwarding an invite.

Can there be a proper way to add recipients as a bcc to meeting invites. Currently you can add as a resource, but they don't stay bcc'd when you forward on the calendar to invite more people. For large meetings where you don't want to register at that stage, it's nearly impossible to do.

This also has FERPA implications... if you have a student email list, and want to invite them to a meeting without sending their emails address... BCC help.
