How can we improve your Desktop Outlook 2016 experience?

Add BCC, CC as well as FYI field to meeting requests in Outlook 2016 and enhance the functionality by including it in Teams Meeting.

I would like the option to send meetings requests with BCC, CC so all information about all invitees is not shared with everyone that is invited

Also, Outlook calendar entries need BCC, CC – without showing these and need to extend them to Skype as well as Microsoft Teams Meetings.

    definitely need BCC option for meeting requests in Outlook and Teams meetings

    I think a BCC is a must on any email, so as not to disclose email addresses so that you do not breach CDPR. It's a mine field so keeping yourself safe from any prosecution.

    This is a highly needed option amid the COVID-19 pandemic when many of us are WFH and cannot meet in-person. We are sending out large meeting invites and many people do not want their email addresses shared.

    In line with GDPR it is essential that personal emails are not shared with 3rd parties on receiving the same invitation to attend a shared teams meeting so the facility to have a hidden Blind Copy facility / option is vital for operational purposes

    Agree, this is a very important feature and it is hard to understand why it is not being made available.

    Be able to BCC from a Calendar message. I can't believe this is not possible. It means that anyone who is sending out calendar notifications to broad audiences is forced to share everyone's email address. This is a very serious privacy issue.
