Add BCC, CC as well as FYI field to meeting requests in Outlook 2016 and enhance the functionality by including it in Teams Meeting.
I would like the option to send meetings requests with BCC, CC so all information about all invitees is not shared with everyone that is invited
Also, Outlook calendar entries need BCC, CC – without showing these and need to extend them to Skype as well as Microsoft Teams Meetings.

It is important to many people that their email address is not visible to the entire group of people included in a meeting or training when sending an invite via Microsoft Teams from Outlook calendar, we are all working in a very different way to a year ago. This is a had a major GDPR breach, please add Bcc.

Needed urgently for Teams meetings - I work in a college and with students working remotely we need to be able to invite them without breaking GDPR guidelines. Currently have to work around the issue by generating a meeting link and then copying into a regular email with BCC- such a waste of time.

BCC is necessary for privacy and safety .Making the names and email addresses public to all attendees raises safety concerns.

Add a person as a true Bcc recipient to a meeting request to prevent a person from showing up on the list of attendees to a meeting. This is essential with the increase in virtual meetings.

As a Recruiter BCC option will helpful in Microsoft Teams to hide Panel details from the candidates.

This is essential as Data Protection means that when sending emails to Union Members they have a right to hide their membership from others under UK law (at least) and this means that invites are currently being sent via email instead and so people forget to add the item to their diaires

this sure would help to eliminate the need for multiple meeting invites for the same time to different groups who do not want to share information.

It is essential to have the option to anonymise recipients of meeting requests (just as you can with ordinary emails) in order to be compliant with GDPR in the UK.

This idea (and variations) has been here for 2 1/2 years. With COVID-19 only increasing the necessity for virtual meetings, surely it's time Microsoft answered this need.

It would be helpful to have groups where confidentiality is needed

People have been asking for this for years. Windows won't do it, don't waste your time begging them.

I can't believe it. How in the heck can you not have a CC and BCC field on event invitations?
It's illegal for me to send other people's information without their consent in my field of work. Gmail is far superior to Outlook in many ways, and this is one of them.

We have large virtual gatherings now, and we want to protect our membership and members' privacy, so we do not like having to share email addresses.
