Change ownership of calendar event in Outlook 2016
Sometimes the owner of a meeting (or, more often, meeting series) is on vacation or changes jobs; it would be nice if they could assign ownership of an instance (for vacation) or the full series (for job changes) to someone else. Also provide an option to create a meeting on someone's behalf without being included in the meeting.
Yes this would help a lot, please Microsoft add this feature.
This functionality will be very useful now that we deliver a lot of training via MS Teams, based on invitations sent on email. Sometimes some training invitations in calendar need to be sent from other email address (like the internal comm) and because of this the trainer does not have all the functionalities (export attendance list, break out rooms etc.). Also, sometimes there is a cofacilitator that should export the attendance list, prepare the breakout rooms while the trainer is talking etc., but he cannot do this. If there will be an option to add someone as an owner to that meeting will extend all those rights to the other person and will be of great help.

Very good idea,
is said before it would be great if even a group can organize the meeding
Best would be if a group could be organizer. So changing the group members would help.
Change or expand the organizer. Both functions are required.
This is the biggest issue for my organization with MS Teams. Frequently a meeting organizer is away and the boss needs to shift or cancel a meeting. There is no way to do this other than the painstaking method of capturing all the meeting invitees and sending an Outlook email to notify. You still end up with confusion as some people are on the road and join the existing Teams meeting, unaware of the change. Then others see the meeting going and think it's back on and join. This forces an owner to join the meeting to tell them all the updated info and to drop off the meeting. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

If an individual changes job, ie leave the organization using the delegate function is not an option if you delete the original organizer's mailbox.
This would be the same function as a Delegate in Outlook. See how to do this here:

When are they going to bring back “telephone line assignment” when you schedule a new meet/channel request?

This has been open for 2 years. Google Calendar already has this a part of standard functionality. How much longer do we need to wait for this. People change jobs all the time so why do we have to re-invite a calendar invite when we can move it over to someone else.

Standard Feature which would help to increase the efficiency of time planning... Not understandable, why this is still not implemented

Ist's a bad joke, that users must ask for standard features. I don't like Teams.
This is still missing and takes up loads of time for the original organizer and the new one.
Also this means it is a new meeting and all chat in teams is lost.
So this is also ont very convenient
This is a "must have"
It is incredibly inefficient that this feature doesn't exist!!
It would be good if we can have more then one person with role "organization". As example we have a Team in MS Teams for a big project. We want that all member from Organizationteam can cancel or reschedul meetings.
A must need feature to be enabled. Please make this happen.

Please make this happen!
Roles change within an organization and a recurring meeting in place for the team might need to be hosted by another team member.
Instead of cancelling and rescheduling meetings again, transferring ownership of a meeting would provide flexibility.
The new person would now be in charge of the recurring meeting and the original would become a participant
