Send delayed emails without Outlook being open
Be able to have delayed emails send even if Outlook is not open, without having to use a third party add-in
I do not get it why outlook does not have it. Gmail has it already.
It would be a great function to enable sending delayed emails when logged out of outlook (rather than any you've set to send with a delay NOT being sent until you log back in). I need this function whenever I am on leave - so certain mails are still sent at the required time.

Add an option to force an email to be sent immediately when you have a delayed send.. this would allow the safety of the delay, sometimes high priority items need to be sent right away (when interacting with teams in dynamic collaboration situations).. waiting around for 1 minute is an eternity. as an alternate; allow maybe a sub-minute time delay?
I had been using Outlook with Microsoft exchange for 2 years in "online" mode to send delayed emails with no issues. I was still able to open outlook and read emails that had already been downloaded/opened without an internet connection....until this summer (2019). Microsoft changed something in either outlook or exchange and now I can't even open outlook without an internet connection. I have been dealing with microsoft since July 2019 to try and find a resolution, there answer is to set it to cached mode. This defeats the purpose of being able to set up delayed send emails (which I do about 50 per month) and being able to have them send without having to have the outlook program open.
I am paying a microsoft office subscription so I can have exchange and outlook specifically for the purpose of sending delayed emails and being able to see sent emails from any of my devices and now they BROKE what was working perfectly fine.

Zeitversetztes Senden, auch wenn Outlook nicht geöffnet ist
Time-delayed sending, even if Outlook is not open
To allow scheduled delivery, Outlook must be open. However, this is not always the case, especially if you want to send a time-delayed mail shortly before closing time and turn off the computer.
Under Delay Deliver please provide a criteria that reads "Send Only On" which will allow the user to click several dates on a given month for the same message to be sent. It can probably go under “Do Not Send Before”.
The entire premise is taking care of something now but scheduling it for the future- having to be logged in defeats the purpose. It’s like scheduling your bills to be paid on a particular date but setting it up as soon as you get the bill. I don’t have to be signed in for my money to electronically move out of my bank account
