Play meeting reminders on a separate device (PC speakers) even when headset is used
Provide a feature that allows Outlook alerts /meeting reminders to be played on a configurable separate sound device. When working in a big open space office, headsets may be plugged in but not worn all the time so people miss meeting reminders. If the meeting reminder plays on the PC speaker, even if a headset is plugged in, then the meeting is not missed. Thanks

This would be extremely helpful, and should be easy to implement.
It worked well for Skype calls when a headset was plugged in, and even works for Teams.

Yes, looking specifically for this feature... it's really dumb not having this feature considering headphones are plugged in but not work 24/7

Outlook used to do this on the computer device along with the headset! Now meetings are being missed or attended to with late arrival as the alerts are not being seen or heard! Headsets are not worn unless in a meeting or conversation with a co-worker.

I would like this also. Skype for business (also Microsoft) has this! I have set that so that the ringing also plays on my speaker (while all other sound only go through my headphones)
