Set up Recuring out of Office Replies for certain dates.
At my job we are on a 9/80 schedule so we have off every other Friday, so It would be nice to set up out of office replies like a recurring meeting on those days. Also would like to be able to schedule more than 1 out of office reply for the future. Long story short be able to give the same options as meeting request to out of office replies.

Allow users to set up recurring out of office messages in the same way you can set recurring meetings. Come on microsoft - do more to support women/part time workers!

yes please, I don't work Mondays and would love to have a simple auto-reply option - given a lot of my customers 'forget' that I'm not at work ….

Please add my vote for this feature. It's a basic requirement for anyone working in a part-time, shift working hours.

I'm going part time and will be off every Wednesday. A lot of my co-workers are also on flex schedules. If my cell phone calendar can handle this as a recurring entry why can't you do this simple thing for an out of office e-mail response?

Based on the changing work schedule culture and the length of time this issue has been out there to resolve, it would seem the difficulty of this resolution is on par with the Manhattan project to develop the atomic bomb.

After 40 years with the company, I've reduced my schedule to just working Tuesdays thru Thursdays. It sure would be nice to be able to easily have a recurring out of office message to let folk know I'm not always available. It's hard to believe it isn't an option.

As a part time worker it would be really useful to set up a recurring out of office that turns on on Friday afternoon and turns off on Wednesday morning as I often forget to turn it on manually.

Please implement recurring our of office options for times and dates. I work a compressed week and would love to not have to set it up on a weekly basis.
Flexible working is a big things in my organisation and lots of people would use it.

someone had tried to set this up by placing day of the week for OOO reply in the the rule under header? That doesn't work at all. I had someone send me a note and they were discussing a Tuesday appointment in their header. Their email was sent on a monday and my reply placed the words from my rule in my reply email header?

maybe it would be easiest to add this feature in the calendar part. Most people set up a reccerent appointment/meeting for the usual days they don't work, if it would be possible when setting up this appointment to add and automatic reply, that would be easy I think.

I can't find out how to set up a recurring out of office email. I work Mon, Tue, Fri and I need to reply with an automatic message to anyone who emails on Wed or Thu, saying who my delegate is and when I'll be back.

Most people now work some form of flexi time, I for one only work Mondays to Fridays every week. having a recurring out of office is basic requirements, please listen to the masses and sort an update !!!
