Every Command Should Have A Unique Looking Icon On The Quick Access Toolbar
I love the ability to customize Quick Access Toolbars. The problem is that many commands just have a generic, green, button looking circles as the icon. Literally a third of my QAT is made up of these green buttons. I have to hover over them before clicking each time just to read the tool tip to ensure that I'm about to click on the correct command. I seems more than reasonable to have a unique icon for every single command that can be added to the QAT. And yes, every single command in Office should be allowed to be added to the QAT. Here are some of the commands on my QAT that have a generic, green icon: Never Block Sender's Domain, Clear All Categories, Find Messages from Sender, Find Messages in this Conversation, Clear Flag... and many more.

Also some commands would benefit from additional ability if the user shift-clicks it. For example, there are commands called "Find Messages from Sender" and "Find Messages in This Conversation". If a user Shift-Clicks on those commands it should open in a new window. Users have come to expect this behavior from other Windows programs. For example, this should behave how users already expect from using Windows File Explorer for years.
