Leave Rules Alone
The latest update DESTROYED dozens of my 30+ individual rules!! eliminating them. PLEASE do not include RULES in updates! Even the Rules on the Server were impacted. I GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am NOT using the server any more. I had to recreate ALL THE RULES your updates wiped out !!!! and it looks like it is happening again with every "improvement" ! PLEASE fix it so that system updates do not impact on Rules!!!!!

I *always* export my rules, every time I add, remove, or change one. That way I have a library of changes in case a recent change damages my rules.
Select Rules, Manage Rules and Alerts. Click Options. Select Export. Browse to a safe location to store your rules, and name it appropriately. (I always use the date so I know when they were exported.)
If your rules are somehow corrupted, follow the same process, but instead of EXPORT, choose IMPORT and select one of your backed up rule exports.
This may not help today, but it will prevent the same problem in the future.
