Notifications for folders
For all who use IMAP rules for folders to segregate e-mails, it's very important to introduce NOTIFICATIONS for all incoming e-mails in all folders. Not only inbox. Thank you
It's embarassing for Outlook that I constantly miss e-mails from a shared folder because of no desktop notification! 😡
I move mails addressed to me into a folder. is it possible to get notifications for those mails. I only get notifications for the inbox mails
I really want this feature
i also want this

I can't upvote this enough. This has been an annoyance for years. I can see a case for both wanting and not wanting these. That's why this should be implemented at the folder level to give users the choice on exactly which folders they want notifications for and which they don't.

Notification when junk mail is received
You will see a notification on your desktop when it arrives in your inbox.
I want to display it even when it arrives at the junk mail folder

Please enable notifications for folders created with rules, or that there is the option to choose between enabling them or not.
Por favor habiliten notificaciones para carpetas creadas con reglas, o que exista la opción de elegir entre habilitarlas o no.
Notifications should be triggered by the folder "Unread" as ALL Emails land there whether they go to the inbox or a user created folder. There is still only 1 place to check and it isn't a user created folder. It is a standard folder. I sit in Unread all day, this way I can see new emails for that day even if they go to another folder. PROBLEM is I don't get a notification to know that I need to look at my Outlook App.
COME ON MICROSOFT this should be standard! Why would you want to key a notification on an Inbox? Every one uses Folders and if they don't they would STILL be notified because ALL emails go in the Unread, and to other folders.
MICROSOFT!! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR, THIS SHOULDN'T EVEN NEED TO BE A FEATURE!!! IT SHOULD BE STANDARD

The envelope notification icon only appears in the taskbar when an e-mail arrives to the default inbox. This makes no sense. The notification should appear when an e-mail comes into any of the inboxes.
In addition, the color of the envelope is not adjustable. In my case, I can barely see the envelope given the color of it. Allow the color to be changed.

It would be very helpful to be able to enable push/desktop notifications for folders that users personally create
