Auto complete the address field for the Location. so that if I am spelling a street address, it auto completes most likely location mapped.
if I am meeting someone it is tedious to go to google, get there mapped address, then paste it into the location bar, why cant the calendar find an address for me from Bing or something???

When I worked for a larger company, the outlook calendar location button would open maps (I think!). This was very handy when I had numerous appointments the same day and I would arrange appts and plot out the best driving routes and not have to double back.
To me, location means maps and addresses, not someone's office room number. -

I agree, this feature saves loads of time for me and having to login via the browser to access it is really inconvenient and entails going backwards and forwards. Would be great to get this on the desktop app.

Add the location field to maps feature to desktop calendar so users can use the location to maps capabilities to get to meetings. meetings are not all inside the same building. The world has evolved, so should desktop Outlook.

In the outlook mobile app, Remove the restrictions on the location field to include phone numbers and physical addresses that are clickable to open the respective apps.
I am constantly on the go in my vehicle moving from one client to the next and nothing is worse than seeing a conference number with a conference ID in the location field that I cannot click and dial. I have to write down the phone and conference details and dial it manually.
Similarly, when going to an external address, being able to click on an address in the location field to open a maps app to help direct me there would be great.
Both of these features "PREVIOUSLY" worked but have recently been removed. Please bring them back.

The calendar should show a meeting location, especially when a recurring meeting changes the location just for one time. Currently, if I want to look up the location of a meeting, I have to go to deleted mail since the mail is automatically deleted after I sending the response.

Add both Location and the physical address to meeting invites.
Location is normally an internal address which is known by internal employees?Example:
US-COL-DEN-3.01.01-Meeting room-SkyfallIs it possible to have the Address information connected/associated to the Location above added on a separate line so externals know where to go to?
Example:
1300 Pennsylvania St #99999, Denver, CO 80203, USA
(Attributes: Street, City, State/province, Zip/Postal Code, Country/region)This would save some extra time of copying addresses into meeting invites and also make it easier for navigation software to let you and your guests know when to leave/go if synced with calendar (Waze or similar).

Routenplaner für Kalendereinträge
Route planner for calendar entries
For the location of a meeting should be directly on a route planner (best Google Maps) can be accessed so the travel time can be calculated.
Starting address, and means of transport should be able to be defined as a basis. -

Like Google Calendar, it would be great if MS Calendar would auto-fill location/address information when scheduling events and meetings.

Often when we set up a meeting with Partners in say an MSFT event, we’ll need to show both a Room and the Address of the Building. E.g. If I am meeting with someone in Marriott in a particular conference room. Marriott Philadelphia with an address can be added to the Location field in Outlook (actually iOS lets you look up the address). But if you add a Room Name then the address is erased.

Simple. I have to travel a lot, so i should be able to click on the address stored in the meeting in OUtlook, and get a map. My mobile device does it, why not Outlook?

Seria deseable que la búsqueda de contactos en Outlock pudiera encontrar las coincidencias en cualquier campo que coincida. Así como en los teléfonos celulares.
Esto facilitaria la localización y organización de los contactos -

When you create an event in the IPhone app Calendar, you can select a real location by linking to the maps application. This in order to receive warnings to leave on time, contemplating traffic. However, Outlook still does not have this functionality, it only allows me to write text.

On the desktop version we need the same option that exist onthe WEB version that you can fill the location of a meeting or appointment, based on suggested locations from maps.

When sending a meeting invite, Outlook should send all attributes of the meeting room configured on Exchange. At least the Street address, city and post code should go out so that external recipients know the full address of the meeting room/location.
Currently, only the name of the meeting room goes out with a meeting invite when a meeting room is selected as a resource.

MS as a major provider for email software bears a major responsibility for email security as such. But MS Outlook has no internal means of using the only used defacto standard GPG/PGP. GPG is open source and could and should be used in Windows similiar to OpenSSH to provide Outlook with automated email encryption and signatures.
Additionally MS could use its MS accounts to transfer and store and certify public keys and by this getting new users to MS accounts as a possible benefit.
Also backuping private keys to MS servers as an option could be a feature similiar to bitlocker.
GPG private passwords could also be linked to user passwords with Windows login - optionally but as standard - to make user experience acceptable for the average or unexperienced user.
The major advantage is that users trust MS software rather then complicated third party software and will care about email security.
Also MS would demonstrate that you majorly care about user privacy if you take the initiative before others. This would be a great way to increase accpetance especially with knowledgeable opinion leaders.
Also in further stages this could be used as secure messenger service within MS Outlook even though it does not provide forward security. The integration with the Outlook mobile app and the link between PC and Mobile world could break through in mobile world as professionals such as lawyers, journalists, doctors, government etc. need it. They currently have no safe email client to do so and link the different worlds right from their desktop. They could act as opinion leaders and as first users with the ability to share documents quickly and safely inbetween the different plattforms and with their colleagues and clients and that all within a familiar and trusted enviroment.
Also special certified accounts with their ability to sign documents could be used for gov related or other businesses such as signing contracts etc. right within Outlook. The later could make use of automated subkeys so there could be a special differrntly passworded key for signing contracts.
So the advantages and possibilities for the users and MS are tremendous as shown above and it would be most welcome if MS dives into it quickly.
