Conversation toggle on MAC would be benficial for Windows // Unread on individual emails not avialble in iphone app
Two major updates to different platforms:
On your outlook windows app instead of having a toggle switch that allows one to view messages in conversation can you match it up with the way outlook looks for MAC OS. MAC OS has a quote bubble in the upper left corner that allows one to easy toggle between the two. This feature is very useful, but not available in the same manner in the Windows version. Note, while this is available in the Windows version to some degree (view? conversation toggle) it is less convenient and user-friendly comparatively.
OUTLOOK IPHONE APP:
Unread function is super annoying. Often users want to view an email and then mark it as unread to keep it in a queue that they will eventually respond to. Your outlook app does NOT seem to allow for the user to mark a single email as unread; RATHER it allows for the user to check unread and then applies the unread function every email in the conversation/email chain. In reality, the user is just trying to mark an individual email as unread and not the whole chain. From what I could tell, there does NOT seem to have this function or toggle anywhere in the APP. SUPER ANNOYING.
Are these upgrades every envisioned?
