E.g. Three customers email me with the same issue:

Email 1 Subject: bsod crash
Email 2 Subject: blue screen crash
Email 3 Subject: PC freeze with blue screen

I want to be able to manually create a "parent conversation" called BSOD and attach the three conversations (and any others) to it. In my conversation-grouped inbox they will appear alongside other collapsed conversations (with a little triangle on the left which can be expanded to view the sub-conversations). The benefits and possibilities are many:

• Outlook could have a shortcut to CC/BCC everyone in the parent conversation so I can easily notify all affected customers.


• It would make my inbox much cleaner


• updates to one sub-convo would push the whole gang up my inbox, keeping all relevant info together.


• It wouldn't disrupt any existing paradigms. Conversations would still behave the same, but if they have a parent conversation they would be sorted relative to the parent.
