Provide a feature to track unread emails and unattended events in Microsoft Outlook 2016 to ensure they are catered to. It could be similar to generating a unique number(some kind of ticket) to ensure when anyone clicks on or accesses the email, it can be tracked using the unique number to someone respond to the email. It would also help in getting all the unwanted emails tackled and dealt accordingly.

Show an indicator that there are unread emails in the Focused and Other sections of the Inbox when Focused inbox is enabled. It would be nice to have a number in parentheses next to the Focused and Other labels; similar to how folders indicate unread items.
Comment on emails sent to group of people:
Multiple people in our organization get the same email, and none of us knows without replying all who has taken care of the item. To find whoever took care of it, we have to reply all and it creates a long email chain. It would nice to be able to "comment" on an email (with automatic timestamp) so that anyone else who hovers over the same email in their own inbox can see if anyone has taken care of it and what time they commented, without creating big reply all thread.
