Allow multiple poll questions in one email of Outlook 2016
New feature request would be to allow to conduct a survey within an email. Where users could answer multiple questions without the need for a weblink or outside source.
Would facilitate customer service satisfaction surveys and organization of results.

Or even just add the functionality to the existing voting buttons to change the text from yes/no/maybe to user entered option a/option b/option c? I often want to poll on a very short, specific set of questions and using Forms is too much detail.

Emy, do you have any updates from the MS team on this idea..

It would help if Outlook surveys could be included in the email body...
1. with visible buttons, drop-down menus, graphics, etc. that users can click on; and/or
2. as forms, where only the form fields can be edited. -

It would be great to have a survey with multiple choice answers and free-form text embedded in an email. The survey consists of not just 1 question but many.

I would like the ability to have a survey section that business can share through email and directed to one mailbox for feedback from clients.
