Setting up recurring meetings on a surface hub when the time slot is already blocked for one week.
In the given scenario:
When trying to set up a daily meeting on 3 Surface hubs that are in different offices.
The recurring meeting is set for every day.
Setting this up works fine for 2 of the surface hub and we receive an email from each surface hubs confirming that the meeting was accepted. However, for the one surface hub, we get the following email reply:
"Declined All: Daily Meeting"
"Your meeting request was declined because there are conflicts.
Time of Conflicting Meeting
Monday, September 11, 2017
[... and other dates in the same week]"
The message is basically correct: There are conflicting meetings in that week starting September 11th. We don't mind skipping the surface hub for that specific week in September. However, the main problem here is that all the other recurring meetings (the ones that are not in the week starting from September 11th) are also declined because of that conflict. That means that the surface hub isn't invited to any occurrence of the meeting at all. There should be a better way to handle this situation wherein the goal is to invite the all surface hub every day to the meeting and skip the week of September 11th.

Allow users to set up recurring automatic replies in such a way whereby messages received on a CERTAIN DAY OF THE WEEK AND DURING A CERTAIN TIME RANGE will trigger an automatic reply. For instance, every Monday from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. AND every Tuesday from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. AND every Wednesday from 9:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., etc. an auto reply is triggered.
