When creating a new Skype Meeting, don't block editing the invite until the Skype Meeting info is added.
Provide an option to start editing the invite, then populate the "Join Skype Meeting" info whenever it gets it rather than blocking the editing options. Bonus if it doesn't let me send the invite until that info arrives in Microsoft Outlook 2016.
Also, when someone having editor permissions to my calendar creates a meeting or appointment in my calendar, i want to receive an email right away that ‘this particular person has created meeting for you'.
