Make Voting Buttons more obvious
When sending an email with voting buttons, it isn't very obvious. An improvement would be if they appeared similar to a calendar invite with the accept/reject buttons clearly visible!

Working at an accounting firm, this is very frustrating! I always take a minute or two to remember/find the voting buttons because they're hidden under a tiny message saying "contains voting buttons". Voting buttons were way more obvious when we used the old version of Outlook, rather than Office 365. Efficiency is everything in my job.

This still has not been addressed. I agree that voting buttons need to be more prominent.

I agree. It gets confusing for average user.

Please make the voting buttons bigger or embedded into the body of the email as two very large clear buttons that can be clicked on.

My biggest concern is the size and location of the voting button. It is small, hidden in the top of the message among lots of other information such as recipients and Reply/Forwarding controls. I would like it to be embedded in the message so people will notice it right away.

When an email with voting option is viewed in preview mode. The voting buttons are not visible. it isn't very obvious that we have to open the email explicitly to get voting buttons.

Hi, The voting button feature is MS is excellent and id like to see it expanded. Please consider having an option to incl/exclude recipients. This will allow us to include people on the mail who we don't want to have a vote opton.

Voting buttons need to be clearer on message to improve use of voting functionality, to avoid use of 'doodlepolls' for simple questions to large groups. For example using an icon or button similar to 'accept' or 'decline' meeting requests. Message needs to be popped out to see and this rarely happens in reality.

Currently when using voting buttons it is not clear to the recipient as to where they are - it gets lost in the headings etc.
There really needs to be a bigger graphic that mirrors yes or no, so users can easily see where they need to click.

I'd like the vote button to be like the one on the left, but with options for text or number of buttons. Sometimes we need Yes, No and Abstain. The ability to put our own text in the button would be helpful.

It would be great to be able to embed the voting buttons within the body of the email and make them obvious. It is a very necessary tool and would make e-voting so much easier.

When an email with Voting Buttons is created and sent, the receiving-user does not simply see reasonably sized voting buttons at the top of the email that they can reply to with a single click. Instead the receiving user gets a small (barely noticeable message at the top of the email) saying they need to click Reply then click Voting and finallllllllllllly click on their selected voting option. Today emails with voting often don't get as many replies as they should because the voting options are too buried/hidden. To improve voting functionality and get more replies/use the email-receiving users' experience needs to be more intuitive and easier...the email-receiving user when opening/previewing the email should see the Voting Buttons at the top of the email with only a single click needed.

The voting buttons in Outlook are a nice tool, but readers who receive the message almost have to be told where to go to vote. It would be nice for this feature to be more prominent so that the person receiving the message is very aware that you are asking them to respond...maybe embedded into the email message instead of the little tag line above the subject?

When using voting buttons to request approval for an email the email will automatically be sent to a specified address if it is approved or sent back to a different specified address with a rejection notice if it is not approved.
Additionally. Please make the voting buttons more obvious. A large visible button at the top would be preferable to a line of text that indicates the presence of a voting button.

Would be great to have "vote bottom" when we send an outlook meeting, like that people can accept the meeting and in the same time chose their meal or the activity etc... for the moment we need to do the outlook invitation and after an email for them to chose... if we can do 2 things at the same time will be easier.
Thank you :) -

This has the potential to be a powerful feature. As it currently stands, I have to send out instructions along with my email so that people know how to vote.
