Microsoft, don't you have telemetry data to show that when a user searches for a Contact that the user eventually opens the full contact record anyway? Why not reduce the steps and clicks and just open the full Contact record when the user uses Search People? If your telemetry data shows that enough people only want to see the contact card and not open the full record, then at least make the behavior to open the full record by default an option. In all of the years of these contact cards, I have proceeded to open the full contact record every time. In other words, there has never been an instance where I was satisfied with what was just on the Contact card, so I had to take the extra step to open the full record. What a waste.

Display address details and notes in view. At the moment the bare minimum information is displayed, and even if you click >, you only seem to get first line of address. Weird. I have to select "Edit Contact" to actually see what is in the Outlook contact record.
There is a ton of white space which could be put to good use... -

On the initial listing page for Contacts provide a way to remove the Large Circles with the contact's initials showing before their name

It seems you folks are intent on adding steps and lessening efficiency and productivity, very strange and worrisome
