Instant Search popup should contain a link to where to find more information
I click the button for Instant Search. A popup shows up telling me that Windows Search service is not installed. It is not clear what it means to "see the Help included with your version of Microsoft Windows". The popup should be clearer, and/or a link should be in the popup for more information of how to set it up.

Outlook has so many features that I only use occasionally. Search tells me what to do. I want it to take me to the right location to make changes so I don't have go through a bunch of steps to get there.

Login popup screen is moved to the backround while starting Outlook.
You can only let it appear again, when you click on the Outlook icon (with yellow exclamation mark) in the taskbar.
Could you please have the login popup remain in front?
