Provide a feature to set "Waiting for Response" alert in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Provide a feature to set "Waiting for Response" alert in Microsoft Outlook 2016 to avoid missing out on any email communication in which response is required and also include it in Meetings or tasks to ensure all the invitees are responding accordingly for tracking purposes.
Create a customized follow-up email for a person who hasn't responded to an email. If someone hasn're responded within 24 hours, and they have opened the email, then trigger a followup email based on a customized time.
Implement some kind of alert for emails that I sent and nobody answered in a few days.

When I send important emails that I expect responses to and that have significant information that I know I will be referring to in future conversations, I always copy myself so I have it in my inbox. I use my inbox to manage things that are important and file everything else. Rather than BCC would be nice to be able to flag an email for follow up and have it go to a special folder so that all things that are important I need to be addressed or in one spot
Please add a way to keep track of responses to sent emails, if a response was received or not with an indicator.
I send a lot of emails which I expect users to reply to. This doesn't always happen and there is no easy way of searching which emails have not been responded to so I can quickly follow them up!!
Feature capability / User Experience:
Special management of "queued" emails
1. It was delivered to server
2. It was opened by user
3. If a response is not received by a certain date then a follow up button to exist.
4. The follow up button will Forward the sent mail in question, automatically populate the to, cc and bcc fields and allow the message to be resent and maintain the thread
I need a button that is something like "Needs Reply" so that I can filter and see all the emails I sent out and did not receive a reply from the individual.
I have to email a lot of different people, and many people I need to have a response from and if I don't receive one I need to follow back up with that person.

I consistently forget about pending email replies that I am expecting back. Then two weeks later the response comes in and I have a moment of "Oh yes, I forgot I asked for that." I would like a way to tag an outbound email with track reply status and have an area to access within my outlook to review all my outstanding pending reply emails. This would help me keep track of my follow ups a bit more effectively than I am today.

It would be incredibly useful if you could run a report in Outlook or receive a weekly summary of every email that I sent that didn't receive a reply. People get swamped with email and forget to respond. I spend too much time going back to remember what emails I sent and whether I got a response. This would provide an efficient way to follow up on those emails that require a response.

The intent is after selecting n email thread as important, a reminder would go off after XX days if no one responded. this can apply to yourself or anyone in the thread.
This would alert you to someone failing to respond or missed an important message.

This "waiting for response" could either be from you needing to reply or anyone in the email thread replying.
In a way, detect a silent or broken email thread

I would to ask, is there any apps or feature reminder for certain email that I haven't follow-up yet? sometimes I read email but I haven't follow it up, and many times that I've just remembered it when PIC who involved in that email resending the email to me, asking about the update respond regarding his email.
Maybe that apps could be like meeting reminder feature, I mark certain email, so it can be pop-up in my desktop to remind me that I haven't follow up it yet.
If that apps or feature already existed in Outlook, perhaps you could show me which apps/feature, and how to use it?
Thank you in advance,
looking forward to hear from you
Email reply by date option should be enabled for the user and if the reply by date has passed this be flagged as overdue email, This feature will be helpful for emergency response emails.
Many times we initiate emails on topics and lose track of them as we have not received a response. Need an easy feature to determine the sent emails that we have not received a response.
Please enable capability to follow up on emials that have been sent and receiver has not answered.. thanks!

I'd like to be notified by Outlook when I haven't received a response to certain emails I have sent out. There could be a checkbox under the "Message" tab for it, perhaps with a selectable date on it ("Look for response by: Jan. 12, 2020" or something like that).

I would like to have an option in Microsoft Outlook where I can send an e-mail to a user and mark it per user as a "Desired reply".
Some e-mails I send are requesting an actual respons. Especially to certain members of a project of managers in my organisation.
In some cases, I now put myself in CC to remind me of a response, but this makes my inbox messy. My inbox is used as a to-do list for myself and not to follow-up on others.
If I have an option to mark a user+e-mail combination as "Reply Required", i can monitor and adress these to a user. Some users fail to respond and this can be a big pile of open e-mails.
Instead of having to rely on other to have an overview of their open issues related to me, I can now overview this per contact myself.
Request an reply/answer to the email you send in x hours/days. If no reply in that time a notification will pop-up to the recipient.
Boomerangs function should be built into Outlook.
It should be designed a bit different however.
When the email is sent a reply by date should be added.
If the reply is done by that date then nothing occurs.
If the reply doesnt then in the reminders window a link to that sent item pops up. It does NOT create a new email in the inbox. This is a flaw in boomerang.
A special view to see non replied to emails.
This will stop people from CCing themselves
get notification if didn't received response to email,
at the end of a new email a pop up message will appear that will ask if i want to follow up on this email and the time to get a reminder.
At the time Chosen a pop up massage will appear only if i didn't got a response to the specific email reminding me to follow-up on it.
