We can select the Time Scale options which are 15 minutes or less in weekly view, but it’s not clickable in the monthly view. It would be great to select the scale which 15 minutes or less in monthly calendar Outlook client.

If you want to customize the dropdown menu in the "schedule meeting" you can use the addin we have developed: https://4minutes.systems.
It supports many different ways to set the default duration, both interval based (20, 40, 60, 80 minutes ...) or standard 30 minutes with travel time removed. Or a combination.

Add 15 minute time increments to calendar items

The timescale option mentioned doesn't change the dropdown when you go to schedule a meeting. That is still in 30 minute intervals. It just changes the scale you see on the main calendar. I'd like to be able to customize the scale I see in the scheduling dropdown only

(more or less a copy and paste of Simon Lewis's post...)
Let me set 20 minute time increments in calendar, in both the scheduling view and in the drop downs. (3 events per hour is perfect timing for my business)
While this could be annoying in the dropdowns, it will help immensely when dragging in the schedule view.
Even if it's not a the default, give me the option to configure it. -

This is already available - either right click on the timescale on the right of the calendar, or select time scale from the View tab.

Scheduling assistant attendees column needs to be resizable. Attendee email addresses sometimes get cut off with no mechanism available to expand the column to see the full information.

When entering an appointment time later than 11.00 with the mouse, you need to scroll. If it is late in the day you have to scroll more.
This could be improved either by making the scrolling list longer or choosing for another way of input (like entering hours and minutes separately. -

I would love to have the option to postpone the reminders with an amount I chose.

Please allow the user to customize the time increments available in the ‘Start time’ and ‘End time’ drop-down menus in the Outlook 2016 calendar.
Although it is possible to customize how Outlook 2016 displays time on the calendar screen, for viewing (you can do it by right-clicking, then adjusting ‘View Settings’), it is not possible to set the increments that appear in the drop-down menus for new appointments.
It would save time to be able to specify 15-minute increments – I wouldn’t have to write in the exact ending time manually whenever I have a 45-minute booking, or a 1 hr., 15-minute booking.
Thanks!

15 minutes prior to a meeting event we usually receive an alert box reminding us of the upcoming meeting. That alert box gives you the option of snoozing the alert and reminding you 0,5,10 minutes prior to the meeting.
It would be great if we could set our own custom interval instead of having to choose from a drop down. For example, I would like to snooze my meeting reminders to 2 mins prior instead of 5 because it gives me 3 minutes to wrap things up.
A suggestion would be a button similar to the Font size button on WORD that allows you to choose a number from the dropdown but you can also set your own by clicking and selecting a number.
