Outlook & Teams like make it possible to drag and drop a file form Outlook to Teams in Outlook 2016
Please include a "Post to Teams" feature, so that we can share emails on Teams then follow-up within a conversation?
Here is more explanation for consideration:
Overall, the requirement is to share with a Team an email that was received or is sent in Outlook, for the Team members to be able to view and react/exchange in Teams on the email that was shared.
An email is like a document to be shared in Teams, but it would need to be stored in a sort of group “inbox”, in the same way a document is shared in the Group files folder.
Or make it possible to drag and drop a file form Outlook to Teams in Outlook 2016
Ideally the email would be accessible both in Teams and in the Group folder in Outlook.
If I view the email in Teams, then the UI should allow to directly react and start a conversation in a channel to be selected. If I am viewing the email in Outlook and want to react in Teams, then maybe a “view in Teams” button would be useful?
@Original Poster: This is already a thing.
in Teams go to the ... breadcrumb of the channel you want to post in and click on Get Email Address.
Copy this email address (you can even add it to your contacts with a friendly name) and the email will appear in the Posts page of that channel. I don't know if attachments go with it, you might have to upload those separately.
Hope this helps,
Please integrate Teams within Outlook Desktop Client. A single integrated platform will allow for efficient communication versus having to navigate between the two platforms which dissuades the usage of Teams.

J’ai constaté que OneNote était pré intégré à Outlook, je suggère qu’on fasse la même chose pour certaines applications tel que Teams/SharePoint
I found that OneNote was pre-integrated with Outlook, I suggest that we do the same for some applications such as Teams / SharePoint

Add Meeting Option (skype, Teams) for the sent mail as well
Microsoft "Teams" should never have become a product. All of its updates, design features and functionality should have been added to Outlook over the years and currently. Outlook is supposed to be the communications product.
One central place for all of your communicating... Seems that ship has sailed!
Combine these two products.

Allow a button to post or "Send to Teams" similar to "Send to OneNote" button that already exists.

allow a user when creating a task in Outlook to be assigned in the App Teams to a user or a Team.
I want to be able to drag and drop messages and other outlook items to Explorer folders and other apps like TEAMS. Now I have to save them first before I can share them with colleagues in TEAMS. Annoying.

Outlook only gives the option to create online only meeting via Skype. My team mostly uses the teams app nowadays so please add the option to create Teams invite instead of Skype.

My team is increasingly moving much of our communications to Microsoft Teams. I find myself trying to find an "email" to/from my team in Outlook a lot that actually turned out to be a Teams chat. Unfortunately I only realize that after and extension search of Outlook. It would be so useful for personal and team chats in MS Teams to show up in Outlook search results. I would assume that clicking on the result would cross-link to Teams.
This is to eliminate internal mailing. Not everyone is using Skype in my organization but everyone is on Teams. Switching between the apps just to say "thanks" is annoying and a waste of time. One should be able to comment an email that was sent by a colleague.

Ability to send one or more attachments directly to files in Microsoft Teams
Switching Outlook and Microsoft Teams’s desktop client sometimes bother my work and think if we can display all “Office 365 related activities” especially Chats and Channels.
I’m sure you don’t want to mix up Conversation and Chat within Outlook and Teams has own client application but we want to reduce clients that we need to take care/pay constant attention.
Office 365 already has this. Groups.
